Ingredients
- 35 ml BUSS N°509 Persian Peach Gin
- 15ml (Briottet) Apricot Liqueur
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Egg White

Serving steps for 1 glass:
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker
- Add the spring of the strainer
- Shake fiercely
- Only remove spring from shaker
- Add ice into the shaker
- Briskly shake again
- Pour everything into a coupe glass
