• 15 ml Aperol
• 100 ml pink grapefruit juice Grapefruit zest

Serving steps for 1 glass:

1. Pour the BUSS N°509 Pink Grapefruit Gin, the Aperol and the grapefruit juice in a tumbler glass
2. Fill up the glass with large ice cubes
3. Stir well before serving
4. Garnish with some grapefruit zest
