BUSS N°509 KISS ME

Ingredients:

  • 30 ml BUSS N°509 Pink Grapefruit Gin
  • 30 ml Rhubarb vermouth like e.g. “Kiss My Rhubarb”
  • 20 ml Lemon juice
  • 10 ml Double Syrup
  • 3 ml Hibiscus Syrup
  • 30 ml Finley Ginger Ale

Origin: Twist on a Sour by Carl Van Droogenbroeck

Serving steps for 1 glass:

  1. Shake all ingredients and double strain into a chilled martini glass.
  2. Garnish with hibiscus flower
